We all have been caught doing the wrong stuff at least once in our life.Sometimes its blatant and we fall under the category of BUSTED.We also tend to do the wrong things by hiding our own identity.For example-bitching about others behind their back and acting very sweetly in front of them.
I always believe that kids in school should be given the opposite of detention(chocolates!)for helping their friends or doing something good.But how would it be if we were caught speaking well about others or doing the right stuff?
Something similar happened to me the other day.My room is always in a mess and my room mate complains all the time about the state of the room.As usual i never listen to him.Yesterday i was expecting someone(eventually that person did not turn up!) So i thought of cleaning up the mess for the first time and i got my room super cleaned in few minutes.But as all these were happening i did not realize that my room mate was standing next to me.He had a look in his face"that for the first time you have done something useful."
Well i am not boasting or bragging as it mostly happens that i get caught for doing the wrong stuffs.But believe me after that incident i want myself to get BUSTED for doing the right stuff more often!
very interesting! once my friend caught me studying at late night, i dont know but i somewhat felt embarrassed for that.

ReplyDeleteThis piece reminded me of Tejal (Pune roomee).I hope u remembered.She used to create a lot of mess...and one fine day wen her mom was expected she cleaned our room like nothing!!Like ur roommate, same expression was in my face :)
